I am writing this blog post during a perfect time of year for me. My kiddos are away with their dad for a week which means the house is quiet. Meditation music is playing. Candles are lit. My yoga mat is in the middle of the floor. Pure bliss!!
Well, today is the first day of a 3 day detox that I am embarking on as Iprepare my mind and body for the new year. This is an ideal time to lay the foundation for transformational experiences in 2017.
