Expecting Amazing Things in 2017

I am writing this blog post during a perfect time of year for me. My kiddos are away with their dad for a week which means the house is quiet. Meditation music is playing. Candles are lit. My yoga mat is in the middle of the floor. Pure bliss!!

Well, today is the first day of a 3 day detox that I am embarking on as Iprepare my mind and body for the new year. This is an ideal time to lay the foundation for transformational experiences in 2017.

The first half of my year did not a reflect what I had set my intentions on as I prepared for this year. I spent the first half of the year physically and mentally recovering from two car crashes.
