Okay..it’s official! I’m back on the fitness wagon. How exciting! I went to the gym yesterday and did a cardio and leg session. I’m still taking it easy as my fitness level has declined considerably. I’m letting my mind and body gradually adjust to the new routine.
Today, I did 20 minutes cardio before work and then came home and did some upper body and core work with the TRX suspension trainer. Well, I knew I was out of shape but tonight’s workout was proof of that reality. Boy, was it tough. I definitely have a lot of work to do but I’m up for the challenge.
