I had myself cracking up this morning. When I awoke, I thought that I had to teach my fitness class at 8:30. I went through all of the motions of getting ready and got in the car and then it hit me..I don’t have class today! It is Wednesday, not Thursday. After teaching six days straight last week my mind and body has obviously gotten into the routing of AM workouts.
At that point, I realized that I might as well head to the gym since I was ready to do so anyway. But for a half a minute I contemplated going back in the house and crawling back in the bed. Instead I decided to go and workout. I am so glad that I did just that. I completed an awesome cardio/legs/abs routine. Go ME!
One thing that I have missed since I have started to teach fitness classes is getting in my own workouts. After I began teaching, I wondered how much I was going to be able to keep up with my own routine. So far, I have been able to devote one day a week to myself. The good thing though is that my classes are intense enough that I get a great workout anyway, so I am not missing out totally.
